He was born on March 31, 1890, in Adeilaide, Australia. Gwendoline Bragg is her mother and William Henry Bragg is her father. Sister to Gwendolen Bragg. Australian-born British physicist. He is the discoverer of Bragg's x-Ray laws and x-Ray crystallographies. He was awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics in 1915 for his work with his father, William Henry Bragg, in analyzing the structure of crystals using x-rays. At 25, he is the youngest person to win the Nobel Prize. He died on 1 July 1971 in the city of Waldringfield, United Kingdom.
