The heroine Mowgli is an abandoned boy, an Indian boy from the 1800s who was found by wolves in the forests of villages near Mumbai. At the Council of the Abyss, the puppy could not be abandoned at all, in fact they all decided to keep and raise it, and therefore from then on the little human cub was completely and utterly part of the pack and its crew. Now that Mowgli has become a great man, he decides with great regret to become a part of the village, to begin a life that is entirely in line with his appearance. A woman recognizes him, she is his mother, sees and adopts her son who was stolen by a tiger years ago when he was still a baby. Mowgli is very happy with his new family, but the villagers do not take him calmly, because they believe there is an evil spirit dwelling in a child's body. One day the village chief sends him to graze the ox, so Mowgli learns from one of his wolf brothers that Shere Khan has returned to hunt, and is silent to avenge the humiliation done to him by Mowgli.
