So, in our generations nowadays, social media is being used much. But, it has disadvantages like making you adapted to it. So in this article Im going list disadvantages of using social media. First, it is making you adapted to the phone, tablet or whatever you are using. This makes it harder to make friends and socialise, and makes you forget the outside world. It is also can be bad for your both mental and physical health. Second, it makes you eyes hurt and if you use much more frequently, it can even damage your eyes permanently.
