If we assume that the density of Air is 250 kelvin at summer that means the Air has a volume and this volume is changable by the effect of temperature. So the temperature of Air can able find at celcius kind by using this formula:
C°= (the given value of Kelvin)-(273Kelvin)
And we know that the 273 K is the critical range to classic physic.
So we can't get any information about times to know how many times the density at winter is higher than the summer..
